This VS9DH mixer attachment is a must have for any pizza shop, diner, caterer, bakery, restaurant, or food service operation where a Hobart mixer or other make commercial mixer is used. It is ideal for shredding soft cheese, raw carrots, etc. and for grating hard cheese, bread crumbs, etc. This item is sometimes referred to as a pelican head.
It is incredibly versatile and easy to disassemble and clean. The stainless steel discs available are: 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 1/2" and grater disc. One disc is included at no charge with this purchase. This commercial mixer attachment will fit onto Hobart, Fleetwood, Omcan, FMA, Anvil, Univex, and other make mixers that have a size 12 hub.
